Hi, I'm Orissa

I'm a trauma-informed counsellor, life coach, and yoga teacher, and my goal is to offer a warm and inviting space for my clients to feel seen, understood, and supported.

When there’s a safe space to say the things that feel messy, confusing, or “too much”, without fear of judgement, change can happen. Together, we gently uncover what's beneath the surface, shift what's no longer serving you, and move toward the life you truly want to live.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or lost. Whether your thoughts feel scattered, your emotions feel intense, or you’re navigating a life transition, burnout, or anxiety... we’ll slow things down and work at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

It's such an honour for me to sit with people in all of their messy, real, beautiful humanness. To be with them in their fear, doubt, sadness, worry, uncertainty, overwhelm, joy... None of it is too much, and I'm here to hold space for it all.

After nearly a decade as a yoga teacher, I felt a pull to support my clients in a deeper way. That curiosity led me into a season of soul-searching, which ultimately brought me to life coaching and counselling at Rhodes Wellness College.

Through an immersive experience of learning, practicing, and my own personal growth, I developed the skills and insight I now bring into my work. I completed my Professional Counselling Diploma and Life Coaching Certification, and continue to deepen my knowledge so I can better support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of my clients and community.

Interested in working with me?

I'd love to connect with you.
